Welcome to Royal Rideshares. By accessing our website and booking a ride with us, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.
All bookings must be made through our official website form, via email, or by calling our provided contact number. You agree to provide accurate and complete information, including correct pickup locations, drop-off destinations, and travel times. We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking if the provided information is incorrect or incomplete.
We understand that travel plans can change. You can cancel or modify your booking for free up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the pickup time may be subject to a cancellation fee. If you need to make changes, please contact us immediately.
For private rides, passengers have access to the full trunk space of the reserved vehicle. For shared group rides (such as our Montreal route), each passenger is strictly limited to one standard suitcase and one small personal bag. This ensures that all passengers have enough space for a comfortable journey. Drivers reserve the right to refuse oversized or excessive luggage on group rides.
For the safety and comfort of everyone, we expect all passengers to behave respectfully towards our drivers and other passengers (in the case of group rides). Smoking, consuming alcohol, and carrying illegal substances inside the vehicles are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to terminate a ride immediately if a passenger violates these rules.
Our drivers make every effort to arrive on time. However, Royal Rideshares is not responsible for delays caused by severe weather conditions, heavy traffic, road closures, or other unforeseen events outside of our control. We will always communicate with you if there are any expected delays.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the effective date will be updated accordingly. Continued use of our services means you accept the revised terms.
