What our riders say

Real stories from our passengers across Ontario.

"I booked a ride to the airport and the driver was exactly on time. The car was very clean and the trip was completely stress-free. It made the start of my vacation so much easier."

"I take the group ride to Montreal twice a month. It is always affordable, the drivers are friendly, and the seats are comfortable. It is a much better option than taking the bus."

"Used their private car service for a business meeting out of town. The Tesla was spotless and the ride was quiet so I could get some work done on the way. I will definitely use them again."

Common questions

1: How do I book a ride?

You can easily book your ride by filling out the booking form on our website. If you need a ride right away, you can also call or WhatsApp us directly.

2: How do your group rides work?

Group rides are shared trips to specific cities, like our daily rides to Montreal. You just book a single seat in one of our comfortable cars, which helps you save money compared to booking a private ride.

3: How much luggage can I bring?

For private rides, you have the entire trunk to yourself. For group rides, we ask that you bring no more than one standard suitcase and one small personal bag so everyone has enough room.

4: What is your cancellation policy?

We know that travel plans can change. You can cancel your booking for free up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time. Just let us know as soon as possible.

5: Are the cars clean and safe?

Yes, absolutely. We clean and inspect all our vehicles, including our Teslas and CR-Vs, before every single trip to make sure you have a safe and comfortable experience.
